9-Time National Champion
No Hillsdale College athlete has ever achieved what Emily Oren did during her incredible career that spanned from 2012-16. The native of Hamilton, Michigan helped carry the Chargers to the upper tier of NCAA Division II women's track and cross country programs during her career.
She won seven individual national championships and was part of two national title-winningdistance medley relay teams. Along with a talented cast of teammates, Oren helped Hillsdale be named the Women's Track Program of the Year at the conclusion of the 2015-16 school year by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, the highest honor a team can receive.
