High School: Local product who excelled in the hurdles and pole vault at nearby Hillsdale Academy High School...two-time MHSAA Division 4 state placer in the pole vault, with a top finish of third (10' 0") as a senior in 2021...also competed twice at the MHSAA Division 4 state meet in the 100m hurdles, with a top finish of 12th (17.38) in 2019, and in the 300m hurdles in 2021, finishing 13th (50.91)...posted personal bests in high school of 16.28 in the 100m hurdles, 48.53 in the 300m hurdles, 5'0" in the high jump and 10'3" in the pole vault.
