Direct Athletics Profile

High School: Cross country and track athlete at Colonial Forge High School in Virginia...earned all-state honors in cross country as a senior, placing 23rd at the VHSL Class 6 State Championships (20:34.0), and also qualified for the state finals in both 2017 and 2018...in track and field, made the VHSL Class 6 Outdoor State Championships three times in high school, placing 15th in the 3,200m run in both 2021 (11:54.11)  and 2019 (11:38.00)...posted a personal best time of 19:23.0 in the 5K during her high school cross country career.
