2020-2021: Junior year at the GMAC/MEC Championships the Chargers won their second conference title. Walker finished in the top sixteen in every event. Ninth in the 100 butterfly, ninth in the 200 butterfly, twelfth in the 1000, and thirteenth in the 500. 

2019-2020: Sophomore year at the Phoenix Fall Classic Walker placed twelfth in the 200 freestyle C-relay, fourteenth in the 400 medley C-relay, fourteenth in the 200 medley C-relay, seventeenth in the 500, sixteenth in the 200 butterfly, fifteenth in the 100 butterfly, and fifteenth in the 400 freestyle D-relay. At the GMAC/MEC Championships, the Chargers won their first conference title. Walker finished twelfth in the 100 butterfly, thirteenth in the 200 butterfly, sixteenth in the 1000, and seventeenth in the 200 breaststroke. 

2018-2019: Freshman year at the Great Midwest Conference Championships, Stefanie placed in the top 16 in every event. She swam a lifetime best time in the 100 butterfly (9th), a lifetime best time in the 500 freestyle (11th), a lifetime best time in the 1000 (13th), and placed in the 1650 (14th). At the Phoenix Fall Classic, Stefanie placed in the 500 freestyle (12th), and 100 butterfly (14th).
