2020-2021: Junior year at the GMAC/MEC championships, Henderson finished twelfth in the 50 freestyle, sixteenth in the 100 backstroke, fifteenth in the 200 backstroke, and twenty-first in the 100 freestyle. 

2019-2020: Henderson transferred from UW-Green Bay. At the Phoenix Fall Classic, Henderson placed fourth in the 200 freestyle A-relay, eleventh in the 400 freestyle B-relay, twelfth in the 200 medley B-relay, eighteenth in the 100 freestyle, twenty-first in the 50 freestyle, and twentieth in the 400 medley D-relay. At the GMAC/MEC Championships, the Chargers won their first conference title. Henderson placed in the top 16 in every event. Eleventh in the 100 backstroke, thirteenth in the 50 freestyle, fifteenth in the 100 breaststroke, and thirteenth in the 100 freestyle.
