For the sixth-straight season, both the Hillsdale College men's and women's tennis teams are headed to Kentucky this weekend to compete for titles.

The Chargers men are the fourth seed in the 2024 G-MAC Men's Tennis Championship, while the women are the fifth seed in the Women's Tennis Championship, both scheduled to take place at Centre Court in Owensboro, Kentucky from Thursday through Saturday.

Live results will be available for all matches through iOnCourt, with links on the men's and women's tennis schedule pages at hillsdalechargers.com, and live video of the No. 1 singles and doubles matches for each match of both tournaments will be broadcast on the Great Midwest Digital Network.

The Hillsdale men enter as the fourth seed and will play the fifth-seeded Northwood Timberwolves at 10 a.m. on Thursday in a quarterfinal match. The winner of the contest will advance to play top-seeded Tiffin, the defending G-MAC Champion, on Friday in the semifinal round for a spot in the Saturday final.

Hillsdale defeated Northwood 6-1 in a road match in the regular season, but can't take the Timberwolves lightly as the G-MAC Tourney has had a history of upsets over the years. The Chargers have an experienced lineup with three four-year starters, led by Hillsdale College's all-time wins leader in Tyler Conrad and another player with over 100 wins for his career, Sean Barstow. Sophomore Aidan Pack is also a strong player at the top of the lineup in both No. 1 singles and doubles for the Chargers.

On the women's side, the Chargers are the fifth seed, taking on fourth seeded Walsh at 2 p.m. on Thursday.  The winner of the contest will advance to play top-seeded Tiffin on Friday in the semifinal round for a spot in the Saturday final. The Chargers just suffered a 5-2 loss on the road to the Cavaliers on the road this past Sunday, but the match was tight with several three-set finishes and tiebreaks, giving Hillsdale real hope they can turn the result around on a neutral court on Thursday. Freshman phenom Ane Dannhauser leads Hillsdale as the Chargers' No. 1 singles player, and Hillsdale also has a strong doubles lineup, led by the nationally ranked pairing of senior Melanie Zampardo and sophomore Megan Hackman at No. 1 doubles.
