The Chargers' home football field since 1947, Frank "Muddy" Waters Stadium sits on the eastern side of the Roche Sports Complex and seats 8,500 spectators, with both home and away bleachers. The field was renamed after Waters, the program's all-time winningest coach and a member of the first Hillsdale College Athletic Hall of Fame Class, in 1973. In the early 80s, "Muddy" Waters Field was rededicated as "Muddy" Waters Stadium after a seating expansion, the addition of a modern press box and presidential suite, and the replacement of the grass field with Astroturf. After briefly reverting back to natural grass in the mid-90s, Hillsdale installed a Pro Grass Artificial Turf surface in 2005. The most recent surface, installed in 2018 by the Maumee Turf Center from Oregon, Ohio, is the same type of field turf surface used in multiple Super Bowls in the last decade.

Although it's been reconstructed several times to match the needs of the current era, the site of the current Dawn Tibbetts Potter Arena has been the home of Hillsdale College basketball for over 90 years, and of Charger volleyball since the program's inception. The original field house was completed in 1927, and 20 years later went through an extensive expansion and renovation that was generously supported by alumnus Harold F. Stock, whose name was added to the building in 1952. In 1988, the field house was given another massive overhaul and expansion as part of the construction of the Roche Sports Complex, with the addition of an indoor track and multiple practice courts to the newly christened Jesse Phillips Arena. That facility lasted until 2014, when construction was completed on the current arena, which was re-named the Dawn Tibbetts Potter Arena. Along with the main court, the current facility includes two full-size wood practice courts, seating for 2,500 spectators, a center-hung scoreboard that can be seen from all angles, an additional video board and President's Club seating.

Named in honor of a 1955 alumnus and longtime athletic director, the McAvoy Natatorium is a combination pool and diving area located on the lower level of the Sports Complex.  The pool is six lanes and 25 yards by 25 meters with an attached diving well.  The starting blocks are at a depth of 5.5 to 7 feet deep, which allows for fast starts because the refraction of water is minimal.  Diving boards of 1 meter and 3 meters are offered, with a plummet line of 14 feet.  A whirlpool adjacent to the pool is available as well.

The Lenda and Glenda Hill Stadium and TFO Partners Field, on the north side of the Roche Sports Complex, was constructed in 2024 thanks to generous donations by sisters Lenda and Glenda Hill, to replace Simpson Field, the Chargers baseball team's home since 1961. The state-of-the-art turf field allows for play in a variety of different weather conditions, and the field also has lights to allow for night contests, and a new video board past the outfield fence. Along with the field, the stadium includes a newly-constructed grandstand with seating for 300 spectators, a press box, concession stand and bathrooms.
