High School: Talented distance runner from St. Louis, Missouri who was homeschooled in high school and stood out on the AAU cross country and track and field circuits...competed with the St. Louis Blazers track club and placed in the top 16 in the Cross Country Coaches National Youth Championships in her female age group in three of the last four seasons...also took 17th in at the AAU Cross Country National Championship in 2018, and finished second in the 1,500m at an AAU Outdoor Track Regional Qualifier in 2017...comes to Hillsdale with personal bests of 5:17.81 in the 1,500m run and 19:24.17 in the cross country 5K...gold medalist at the 2018 Genius Olympiad, and finished second in her category at the International Science and Engineering Fair the same year...took 1st place in the Govero category at the 2018 Mastadon Science Fair, a year after placing third in the Monsanto category...active in her church youth group...born Aug. 17, 2001...parents are Allan and Pamela Wamsley.
