2021: Continued a historic career at Hillsdale College, helping to lead the Chargers to just the program's second-ever Midwest Regional title and Elite Eight appearance as one of Hillsdale's top all-around players...played in all 35 of Hillsdale's matches and led the team in kills (410, fifth-most in a single season in program history) while finishing second in digs (511, sixth most in a single season in program history)...was recognized by the AVCA as a third-team All-American, the first All-American honor of her career, to go along with All-Region honors from both the AVCA and D2CCA, and first-team All-Conference honors from the G-MAC for the third consecutive season...became just the second player in program history to surpass both 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs for her career on Nov. 19, and currently ranks eighth (1,211) in digs in program history and 10th (1,087) in kills with a full season of eligibility remaining...only player in the G-MAC to finish in the top 10 in the conference in kills per set and digs per set...named G-MAC North Division Offensive Player of the Week twice and Defensive Player of the Week once in 2021, the only G-MAC player to win both offensive and defensive awards...named MVP of the Hyatt Place Bash at the Beach on Sept. 11 after leading Hillsdale to a 4-0 record...played her best volleyball during Hillsdale's six postseason matches, recording double-doubles in all six, including four matches of 14 or more kills and 20 or more digs...posted a season-high 19 kills and career-high 28 digs in a four-set victory over Ashland on Nov. 20 to clinch a fifth-straight G-MAC Tournament title...also added 17 kills and 22 digs in Hillsdale's NCAA DII Midwest Regional title-clinching victory over Ferris State, earning a spot on the All-Tournament team for the Midwest Region.

2020-21: Had an unforgettable season that puts her among the elite players in Division II, earning G-MAC Player of the Year and first-team All-G-MAC honors...improved her hitting percentage by nearly 80 full points, from .220 as a sophomore to .308 as a junior, while maintaining her power to lead the Chargers in kills (213) and finish second in the G-MAC in both kills (3.80) and points (4.36) per set...all-around player was also second on the team in digs (199) and service aces (18), proving herself an asset in every phase of the game...had double-digit kills in 10 of the Chargers' 17 matches and double-doubles in nine of them...became just the third player in program history to earn AVCA Division II Player of the Week honors after a 21 kill, 19 dig performance in a critical road win over G-MAC rival Walsh on Jan. 30...had a stellar G-MAC tournament to help the Chargers take the crown, posting 56 kills and 46 digs across three matches, including a career-high 22 kills and 16 digs in a five-set thriller over Cedarville in a G-MAC semifinal...named G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week three times in the spring of 2021.

2019: Enjoyed an outstanding all-around season, being named First-Team All-Conference and Second-Team All-Region…Joined the rare club of players who had 300-plus kills and 400-plus digs in the same season…Had five matches of 20 or more digs, all of them coming after Oct. 25…Posted back-to-back 20-dig matches in the regional quarterfinal and semifinal, while picking up a total of 31 kills in those two wins…Put up a career-high 19 kills in a five-set home win over Palm Beach Atlantic Sept. 14…Had 16 double-doubles (kills and digs) on the season…In six postseason matches, she had a total of 254 attack attempts and committed just 10 errors, an incredibly high level of efficiency.

2018: Talented outside hitter who should see an expanded role in the offense in 2019…Had two matches of double digit kills, with a high of 11 in a decisive win at Kentucky Wesleyan Oct. 27…Registered an outstanding weekend in wins over Alderson Broaddus and Davis & Elkins at home, where across those two matches she had 18 kills and 1 error…Piled up a season-high 10 digs in her second collegiate match, a win over Winona State Aug. 25…Very athletic defensive player who is effective all the way around the court…Had a season-high 3 service aces in key home win over Findlay Oct. 30 that clinched the G-MAC regular season title.

High School: Powerful and efficient outside hitter at Shawnee Mission South High School in Kansas…Had a .348 hitting percentage as a senior…Three-time First-Team All-League player and was selected to play in the KCMO Metro All-Star Game…Also earned honorable mention All-League honors in basketball three times…Played club volleyball for MAVS…Member of the National Honor Society and made the honor roll all four years…Born February 21, 2000…Parents are Steve Shelton and Kathy Bates.
