2018-2019: Junior year Lizzie was voted Most Improved swimmer. At the Great Midwest and Mountain East Conference Championships, Lizzie swam lifetime best times in three events. She dropped over 47 seconds in the 1000 (11:23.39), over 38 seconds in the 1650 (19:16.17), and 2 seconds in the 200 butterfly (2:14.97 / 8th).

2017-2018: Sophomore year at the Phoenix Fall Classic held at the University of Chicago, Lizzie swam the 100 butterfly, 200 butterfly, 500 freestyle, and 400 medley relay. At the Great Midwest and Mountain East Conference Championships, Lizzie swam a lifetime best time in the 200 butterfly and placed in the top 8 (2:16.64 6th), and swam another lifetime best time by over 20 seconds in the 1650 (19:54.86 / 14th). Lizzie also swam the 100 butterfly and 200 IM.

High School: Won 36 total races in her Heritage League career and won eight league championships...Holds five league records and seven school records...Was part of three relay teams that competed at the CIF championships...Nominee to the CIF Spirit of Sport, an award given to the student-athlete that most exemplifies victory with honor...Member of the Paseo Aquatic Swim Team and the Owensboro Marlins Swim Team...Career-best times: 1:00 in the 100 fly as a junior...Member of the National Honor Society...Earned a 4.7 overall grade point average in high school...Member of Mock Trial team for two years...Earned the Trinity Citizenship Award...Member of Young Americans for Freedom...Heavily involved in area charities and her church...Born December 31, 1997...Parents are Michael and Sharon.
