Saturday morning the charger swim team traveled to Ada, Ohio for a tri-meet with Ohio Northern University and Case Western University. Hillsdale won against Ohio Northern 171 - 106 and lost to Case Western 204 - 90.
First-place finishes include senior Anika Ellingson in both the 100 breaststroke (1:07.24) and the 200 breaststroke (2:29.03). Junior Catherine Voisin in 200 butterfly (2:12.66), and junior Danielle Lebleu in the 500 freestyle (5:25.06).
Second-place finishes include Lebleu in the 200 freestyle (2:02.68) and Voisin in the 100 butterfly (59.86). Both relays had strong second place finishes with the 200 medley A-relay of Bickerstaff, Ellingson, Voisin, and DeTar (1:52.82) and the 400 freestyle A-relay of Voisin, Bickerstaff, Lebleu, and Vita (3:45.32).
Third-place finishes include senior Grace Houghton in the 200 freestyle (2:02.75) and 200 butterfly (2:17.08), Bailey Bickerstaff in both the 100 backstroke (1:02.51) and 200 backstroke (2:15.84), and Ellingson in the 200 IM (2:17.90).
