Saturday afternoon the Hillsdale College swim team hosted Lewis University and Findlay University. The chargers fell to both Lewis (134-126) and Findlay (191-88).
Senior Anika Ellingson won the 50 breaststroke (30.64), took second in the 200 breaststroke (2:27.31) and third in the 200 IM (2:20.32).
Sophomore Katherine Heeres finished second in the 1000 and second in the 200 backstroke (2:11.67).
Junior Catherine Voisin finished second by two-hundredths of a second in the 200 butterfly (2:13.92). Senior Suzanne DeTar tied for third in the 50 freestyle (25.73).
Sophomore Mary Vita took fourth in both the 200 freestyle (2:03.38) and the 100 freestyle (57.53). Senior Grace Houghton finished fourth in both the 200 butterfly (2:20.82) and the 500 freestyle (5:31.45).
Junior Victoria Addis took fourth in the 50 breaststroke (32.02). Freshman Madeline Breay finished fourth in the 1000 (11:26.60). Junior Bailey Bickerstaff had a fourth place finish in the 200 backstroke (2:14.04). Voisin had a strong finish in the 200 IM for fourth place (2:22.27).
The 200 freestyle relay of Heeres, Rao, Addis, and DeTar finished second (1:41.50) and the 200 medley relay of Bickerstaff, Ellingson, Voisin, and DeTar finished fourth.
