Bio

2021-22: Starting point guard for the Chargers in all 31 games whose leadership and toughness were huge in Hillsdale's run to the program's first ever NCAA DII Elite Eight appearance...heady player whose defensive contributions and poise don't always show up in the box score but remain critical nonetheless...finished second on the team in assists with 90...had a career-high 12 points with three made 3-pointers in a critical 81-70 win over Malone on Jan. 8, and matched that career high with 12 points in an 85-71 home win over Cedarville on Jan. 29...had 24 multi-assist games as the team's primary ballhandler, including matching his career best of six assists in road victories at Northwood (Nov. 13) and Tiffin (Jan. 15).

2020-21: Provided dependable play as the team's backup point guard, appearing in all 24 games and averaging 17.1 minutes per contest...continued to develop as a playmaker, finishing with a career-high six assists in a Dec. 5 win over Trevecca Nazarene and finishing the year with 11 multi-assist games...maintaned his efficient career shooting percentages (48.1 FG, 42.7 3-PT) despite a larger role...will compete for a starting job in 2021-22 with the graduation of 2020-21 starter Connor Hill.

2019-20: Became one of the Chargers’ top substitutes at guard in his first season with the program, appearing in all 28 games and finishing with the second-most minutes of all Chargers with less than 10 starts on the season (459)...hit three 3-pointers and scored a career-high nine points against Alderson Broaddus (Dec. 5) then matched both those totals at Ohio Dominican (Jan. 11)...had eight multi-assist games, including a high of four against Tiffin (Feb. 22)...was efficient offensively, shooting 50.8 percent from the floor and 44.7 percent from 3-point range for the season.

High School: Was a team captain as a junior and senior at Brookfield Central and a key part of the team's 2019 WIAA Division I state title, finishing with 13 points and six assists in the 69-52 championship game victory over Sun Prairie...as the starting point guard was the leader of a loaded Brookfield Central team that sent several players to the college ranks, averaged 14.5 points and 3.8 assists per game as a senior, and finished his career with 1,115 points, 536 rebounds and 364 assists...was named First-Team All-State and to the WIAA All-Tournament team as a senior...earned First-Team All-Greater Metro Conference honors three straight seasons...played AAU basketball with the Ray Allen Select program...Made the honor roll all four years in high school and graduated with a 4.2 GPA...member of the National Honors Society, Key Club, and the Hope Suicide Prevention Squad...Parents are Michael and Nancy Nau.
