THE SERIES: Hillsdale leads the all-time series with the Pioneers 2-0. The teams have not played each other since 2013.

OVERVIEW: The Charger football team, winners of two straight, will try to make it three in a row this weekend on Senior Day, the team's final home game of the 2017 season...The senior class will be honored in a pregame ceremony...Hillsdale has scored 75 points over its last two games, wins of 38-0 over Walsh and 37-31 over Alderson Broaddus...Junior WR Trey Brock was named the G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday...He had 9 catches for 124 yards and 2 touchdowns in the win over the Battlers last weekend...Although Hillsdale and Malone have shared a conference in five of the past six seasons, they have only played one another twice...Part of that was due to the GLIAC moving Hillsdale to the North Division upon Malone's entrance to the league in 2012...The Chargers won both meetings with the Pioneers, 27-10 on Sept. 15, 2012 and 41-16 on Sept. 21, 2013...This is the first time Malone has played at Hillsdale in a daytime start...The Chargers lead the G-MAC in fewest penalties committed this season with 32...Brock leads the G-MAC, averaging 116.4 receiving yards per game and his 66 receptions also lead the conference...He's just the second player in school history with two 1,000-yard receiving seasons...Redshirt freshman kicker Joe Philipp leads all G-MAC kickers averaging 6.3 points per game.
