2013: Hard-hitting linebacker who figures to take over a starting role in 2014…Saw extensive playing time in all 11 games on special teams as well as on defense…Had 13 total tackles for the season, led by 5 against Ferris State Oct. 19…Also stepped up with 5 kickoff returns in that same game, when the Bulldogs kicked away from primary kick returner Todd Frickey…Had 36 kick return yards in that game and was named the team’s Special Teams Player of the Week on Oct. 21.

2012: Hard-hitting, improving linebacker who saw playing time in seven games in 2012…Finished with six tackle assists on the season, two each against Ohio Dominican Sept. 8 and Ferris State Oct. 13.

2011: Saw his playing time increase and his role on special teams grow significantly in 2011…Played in nine games and had nine total tackles…One of team’s top “gunners” on the punting unit and has good instincts…Finished with a season-high four solo tackles in the Nov. 5 win at Findlay, and intercepted his first career pass in the Chargers’ shutout of Tiffin Nov. 12…Will compete for a starting position in the secondary in 2012.

High School: Played for longtime coach Bob Clement at Pittsford High School…Named the Wildcats’ team MVP in 2009, and led the team to a record of 22-10 in his three seasons on the varsity team…All-County quarterback, defensive back and punter, and earned honorable mention All-State accolades…Averaged nearly 10 yards per carry and 15 yards per pass as a senior, and recorded 10 tackles per game…Also played basketball and baseball and ran track at Pittsford…Member of the National Honor Society...Born April 22, 1992…Parents are Jason and Sharon.
