Bio

2013: Played in six games and settled into a consistent role on special teams…Picked up a tackle in the team’s win over Northern Michigan Oct. 5…Uses his considerable speed to help the team as a “gunner” on kick coverage.

2012: Got on the field in five games as a backup wide receiver…Had four receptions for 26 yards on the season, and had two catches for a season-high 18 yards in a win over Northern Michigan Sept. 29…Also had a special teams tackle in that game.

2011: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: A First-Team All-Conference cornerback at Dexter High School…Didn’t allow a touchdown pass in his 18 game started at defensive back for the Dreadnaughts in his two seasons on the varsity team…Set school record with 71 tackles as a cornerback…Named first-team all-conference and earned the team’s Iron Man award…A nominee for the 2011 Dreadnaught of the Year…Named Academic All-State and was an alternate at defensive back for the Michigan High School All Star Game…Team captain, and also played wide receiver…Played varsity baseball and was a 200 meter specialist for the indoor track team…Part of the SEC Student Leadership Council, acting as Dexter High School’s representative…Involved in many National Honor Society programs, including the blood drive co-chair, the Speical Olympics Fun Run and the Teachers Appreciation program…Has volunteered at the Lions Club and the Humane Society of Michigan…Born July 23, 1993…Parents are Mark and Lisa.
