2013: Backup linebacker who figures to compete for a starting spot in 2014…Registered 17 total tackles on the season…A highlight came in the Oct. 5 win at Northern Michigan, when he had an 18-yard tackle-for-loss…Picked up a career-high 7 total tackles in that game… Winner of the Big Stick Award on Sept. 16.

2012: Played in 10 games as a backup linebacker…Recorded 17 total tackles, and had two tackles for loss…Picked up two solo tackles in wins over Northern Michigan Sept. 29 and Ferris State Oct. 13…Also had an interception against the Wildcats…Had his first collegiate pass break-up in a win over Ohio Dominican Sept. 8.

2011: Saw action in two games as a backup linebacker.

2010: Redshirted as a true freshman.

High School: Team captain of the 2009 Division I state champions in Michigan, Detroit Catholic Central…Second-Team All-County and First Team All-Catholic League, First-Team All-Metro and All-Area…Recorded 153 total tackles in 2008 and 2009 combined…Also recovered two fumbles in each of his last two season with the Shamrocks…Also earned letters in track and lacrosse…Involved in the Habitat for Humanity program and gave time to the Salvation Army…Served in the school as a freshman mentor and was part of Catholic Central’s Honor Guard...Born May 12, 1992…Parents are Albert and Judy.
