Renae Schaffner ‘90
Hillsdale College’s all-time leader in softball pitching wins (65) and winning percentage (.650), Renae Schaffner was the top pitcher on the best softball teams in school history. She was the GLIAC Pitcher of the Year in 1990, with an ERA of 1.03. She won 44 games over her final two seasons, pitched a perfect game and was named team captain. Her 13 career triples also ranks near the top of the school’s career list. Named First-Team All-GLIAC and First-Team NAIA District 23.
