Junio routfielder Katie Kish keeps picking up awards, even after he season has come to an end.

Kish was named First-Team All-Region by the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association. This awards program is conducted by sports information directors in each of Division II's eight regions across the country. Kish's first-team selection means she is up for All-American honors through the program.

Kish had an amazing 2018 season, leading the Chargers to the G-MAC Tournament championship and a win in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional, just the second in school history. She finished the year with 65 hits, sixth-most in a season in school history. Her .481 bnatting average was second-best in a season in school history and she was the G-MAC leader in batting average. Kish also led the G-MAC in on-base percentage with a mark of .514. She was 10th in stolen bases (12) and reached base in 59.7 percent of her total at bats, number one in the conferece.
