Milan Mirkovic is the fourth different player on this year's Hillsdale College men's tennis team to earn Great Midwest Athletic Conference Player of the Week honors. The award was announced and chosen by the conference office Wednesday afternoon.
He joins a club populated by Charlie Adams, Dugan Delp and Justin Hyman as Chargers chosen as the conference's top players during this school year. Mirkovic has won seven of his past eight matches overall and helped Hillsdale race out to a 3-0 start in G-MAC play. He's emerged as the team's No. 1 singles player and has become a tough doubles player with regular partner Julien Clouette.
