The Charger golf team moved up two places as a team during the second day of the Midwest Regional, finishing sixth overall in the two-day event, held at Fox Run in Eureka, Missouri.

After placing eighth on day one, Hillsdale got some consistent performances from across the lineup on Tuesday's second round. The team finished with a total score of 598, finishing sixth overall.

Lindenwood took first place with a team score of 577. Missouri-St. Louis was second with a 583, followed by Arkansas Tech, who had a score of 586. Maryville (593) and G-MAC foe Trevecca (596) took fourth and fifth, respectively.

Out of 10 total rounds carded by Hillsdale at the event, only one player had one round in the 80s, a testament to the steadiness with which the team played.

Freshman Josh Davenport was first on the team with a two-round score of 145. He shot a 72 and 73 in his two rounds.

Logan Anuszkiewicz and Ryan Zetwick each shot 150. Anuszkiewicz  shot 75s both days, while Zetwick went 76-74 in his two rounds.

Liam Purslowe was next with a 78-75--153, and Andrew Grayson shot 80 and 76 for a total of 156.
