THE SERIES: The all-time series between these teams is tied at 21 wins apiece. The Chargers were 75-67 victors when these teams first met this year back on Jan. 13 in Hillsdale.

WEEKEND OVERVIEW: The final game of the 2017-18 regular seasons features two teams capable of winning the forthcoming Great Midwest Athletic Conference postseason tournament...Findlay currently sits in third place in the G-MAC, but is one-half game behind co-leaders Ursuline and Cedarville, so very little is settled in terms of conference tournament matchups...Hillsdale has jumped Ohio Dominican to get into fifth place in the G-MAC standings in the season's final week...The Chargers are rolling, having won three in a row and their only loss since Feb. 1 was a one-point defeat to Ursuline...The team has scored 80 or more points in four straight games, the first time in program history it has done that...Hillsdale remains second in the NCAA Division II in rebounding margin, now at +12.6 per game...Over the past two weeks, the Chargers have been +34 and +44 in rebounding margin in wins over Lake Erie and Ohio Valley, respectively...The Chargers' last win, 103-37 over the Fighting Scots, set a school record for scoring margin in a win, at +66 points...Hillsdale has clinched a berth in the G-MAC Tournament, its first postseason appearance since the 2014-15 season.

THE SERIES: The Oilers lead the all-time series with the Chargers 51-9. Findlay won the first meeting of the season between the teams 59-50 on Jan. 13.

WEEKEND OVERVIEW: This is the first of back-to-back trips to Findlay's Croy Gymnasium for the Hillsdale College men's basketball team...The Chargers square off with the Oilers in Saturday's regular season finale, then will return there next week for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Tournament...Findlay has clinched the No. 1 seed and will host all three rounds of the conference tournament March 1-3...Hillsdale had lost three of four, but got back on track with a 94-76 win over Ohio Valley Saturday, setting a season-high for points in a game...In that win, Hillsdale's Ryan Badowski went off for 36 points, a team season-high and a career-high for the senior from Brunswick, Ohio...Hillsdale hasn't beaten the Oilers in Findlay since January 24, 2002...The Chargers currently sit in third place in the G-MAC, one game ahead of Malone and one game behind Walsh, so seeding for the conference tournament is far from settled...A loss to Findlay likely would not hurt Hillsdale in the regional rankings, as the Oilers sit ahead of the Chargers in the most recent regional rankings.
