Bryce Sealock Named G-MAC Special Teams Player of the Week

Bryce Sealock was a busy guy on Saturday afternoon. Kicking more than a dozen times in a game is a high workload, but it came in a winning effort and with some rewards for the senior placekicker.

Sealock was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week. The award was announced and chosen by the conference office Monday afternoon. He is the fourth different Charger football player to win a conference weekly award this year.

In Hillsdale's 56-21 win over Alderson Broaddus, Sealock was 8-for-8 on extra-point attempts and had two punts, averaging 31 yards apiece. He kicked off nine times, averaging 51 yards per kickoff.

For the season, Sealock ranks second in the G-MAC in scoring among kickers, with 55 total points, an average of 6.1 points per game. He is 34-for-35 on extra-point attempts - second in the conference - and has converted seven of eight field goal attempts on the season. He is originally from Grand Island, Nebraska.
