November 13, 2011 - Sunday afternoon, the GLIAC champion Hillsdale College football team held its annual awards banquet. During the banquet, the team award winners were announced.
Despite being conference champions, the team was shut out of the 2011 NCAA Division II playoffs. The two GLIAC representatives in the postseason are Wayne State and Saginaw Valley State.
