2019 ABCA Division II All-Region Release

2019 NCBWA Division II All-Region Release

A total of four different Charger baseball players earned All-Region recognition this week as different organizations released their postseason awards from the 2019 campaign.

Seniors Steven Ring and Colin Boerst were each named Second-Team All-Region as part of the National Collegiate Baseball Writers of America program.

Ring picked up his second First-Team All-Region honor through the American Baseball Coaches Association, duplicating an honor he previously received from The Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA), voted upon by sports information directors of the region. The ABCA honors its players through voting by coaches in the region.

Joining Ring in ABCA All-Region recognition were James Krick and Jake Hoover, both of whom earned ABCA Second-Team honors.

All four of these players were named All-Conference earlier this month, giving Hillsdale's program terrific recognition at the regional level in addition to the conference level.
