Bio

Dan Hudson joined the Hillsdale College Sports Medicine and Performance staff in July of 2017 in the role of Assistant Athletic Trainer, and in the summer of 2021 was promoted to Head Athletic Trainer  at Hillsdale College. During his time at Hillsdale he has worked primarily with the football and baseball teams during their respective seasons. Hudson has helped introduce an injury prevention program to the baseball team which has showed tremendous results. Dan recently completed the Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and starting in 2019 he will play a larger role in our injury prevention and performance programs for all of the college's athletic teams. He will also play a central piece of our injury rehabilitation and return to play programs. 

Hudson is a graduate of Adrian College with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2016 and a master's degree in athletic training in 2017. While attending Adrian, Dan worked with a variety of sports including; ice hockey, football, track & field, baseball, softball, wrestling, basketball, and women's lacrosse. 

Dan lives in Homer with his wife Bethany and enjoys hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
