Bio

A 2023 graduate of Hillsdale College, Anika Fassett moved into a position with the athletic department in the fall after finishing her studies. As the Internal Operations and Compliance Manager, her duties include helping run Hillsdale's compliance efforts, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department and game day event management responsibilities.

Fassett graduated from Hillsdale with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, with a Marketing Management minor, and also swam competitively for the Chargers' women's swimming and diving team, contributing to three G-MAC/MEC championship squads and earning three All-G-MAC honors in her four years as a varsity athlete at Hillsdale. She also worked for the athletic department as a student administrative assistant during her time at Hillsdale, was a Personnel Chair on the Executive Board at Hillsdale's Chi Omega sorority, and spent time as an assistant swim coach with the Birmingham Athletic Club in Birmingham, Michigan.
