Michele Anne Smith ‘85
One of the college’s most productive women’s basketball players in its early years, Michele Anne Smith graduated as Hillsdale’s all-time leading scorer and rebounder. She was the first player in program history to score more than 1,000 points. Named basketball team MVP in 1984 and 1985 and was First-Team All-GLIAC twice. As a volleyball player, was First-Team NAIA District 23 and was named First-Team All-GLIAC three times.
