Jim Eckhardt
One of the most beloved figures around Hillsdale College athletics, Jim Eckhardt has been the color commentator on nearly one thousand Charger radio broadcasts for football and basketball. A lively and energetic personality, Jim has been synonymous with Hillsdale College athletics for more that three decades. He has served on coaching search committees, been a driving force of the Charger Club and received numerous athletic department awards, including the Charger Award on two occasions. Jim’s sharp wit, good-natured humor and love of Hillsdale College sports have made him an unforgettable personality.
