The current Herrick Track, which is over 20 years old and has exceeded its expected lifespan, will be relocated to Hayden Park. This will allow the College to have a first-rate facility suitable for hosting large-scale meets, including national championships; provide more room for the track and adjoining areas for field events such as javelin, shot put, and discus; and eliminate scheduling and practice conflicts with other sports in the existing facility.
